Bébouw Midreth, part of Volker Wessels, is developing De Maander, a new construction project in Ede with 60 homes. Various types of homes are being built, from townhouses to semi-detached homes and detached villas. We have built a home configurator for all owner-occupied homes. Buyers can easily customize their chosen home online. Each option is clearly visualized through elevations and floor plans. Additionally, buyers can fully design their bathrooms with tiles, sinks and faucets, etc., and view everything in real-time 3D. There's also a 'shopping cart' that neatly lists the costs of all chosen options. Once satisfied, buyers can save their chosen configuration and download a personalized brochure.
