Ons Dorp – The Energy Tool, Configurator and Finishing Options Shop

A well-insulated new-build home has major advantages. When you look at the energy costs of a new-build home, they can sometimes be hundreds of euros lower than those of your old drafty house.

The difference can sometimes be so significant that it 'pays off' to move to an energy-efficient home.

To make this clear, we developed the Energy Tool together with Merosch. Here at Ons Dorp, the tool has been integrated into the site (by third parties) using a floating button.

Special thanks to BPD / Dura Vermeer for whom we were first allowed to develop this beautiful tool.

The Home Configurator

For many projects for Gebroeders Blokland, we create a home configurator. The configurator significantly simplifies the sales process. Buyers can easily and quickly compose their perfect home, and the contractor/developer needs to provide much less buyer guidance.

After all, everything is clearly and distinctly visualized. By answering questions in advance, you don't get them afterward. Per building number, this can save about seven hours of tough buyer guidance.

Blokland Finishing Options Shop

After buyers have customized and purchased their house, they can of course still choose many small finishing options.

Here too, Gebroeders Blokland has chosen a sophisticated assortment of common options and choices. Custom work isn't excluded, but with this shop, they try to anticipate 90% of requests.

The chosen options are then forwarded to Hoonctrl/4PS and automatically end up in the financial administration.
