De Triade

Slokker is developing De Triade — three residential buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped greenery — in Breda East near Brabantpark. The project comprises 30 owner-occupied and 11 rental apartments. We have built an interior configurator for the owner-occupied apartments.

Buyers can modify the layout of their homes: kitchen in front or back, incorporate storage into the kitchen, combine bedrooms, etc. They can also design their bathroom and kitchen: for the bathroom, they can choose from three versions (standard, exclusive, or luxury) and select and preview floor and wall tiles. For the kitchen, they can choose from different floors, cabinet fronts, backsplashes, and countertops. Finally, there's a webshop where buyers can select numerous finishing options (window sills, doors, frames, electrical fixtures, etc.).
