Oeverhuijze

Near the banks of the Maas river, BPD Gebiedsontwikkeling (together with Berghege) is developing castle Oeverhuijze. This is the ninth and final castle of the Haverleij plan. The castle consists of 57 ground-floor houses, an apartment building with 12 apartments and 2 penthouses. The castle wall consists of different house types with varying bay sizes. The facades of each home feature different accents such as window frames, reveals, header courses, roof edge heights, and accent bricks. This effectively creates 57 unique homes. We built a home configurator that allows buyers to easily customize their chosen home online. Buyers can save their chosen configuration and download a personalized brochure.
